Who will be responsible in paying the SafeExchange services?
Either one may agree to be responsible for the SafeExchange fee.

Who will shoulder the delivery fee for the merchandise?
Either one may agree to be responsible for the delivery fee.

What mode of payments does SafeExchange accepts?
SafeExchange accepts only one payment mode, through CashWallet. You must be a registered member to enjoy the benefits of CashWallet. For non-members you may visit www.cashwallet.com.

The cash wallet works like a bank that keeps your money until the time you will be needing it. Your account must have sufficient funds before you are allowed to make any transactions online. You can reload your cash wallet by remitting payments through Experience Commerce Group, Inc’s bank account. Upon receipt of the payment your cash wallet account will be automatically updated.

Every time you make a purchase online, SafeExchange will check your CashWallet account for enough funds and debits the total amount. On the other hand if you are selling goods, the amount of the items sold will be credited on to your CashWallet account.

As a Buyer, what happens when I submit payment to SafeExchange.net?
SafeExchange.net will reserve sufficient funds from your account. Once merchandise is delivered and accepted, that will be the only time SafeExchange.net will deduct the secured funds from your account.

How do SafeExchange sellers get paid?
SafeExchange releases the funds to a Seller by crediting payment to his CashWallet account.

How long does it take for my payment/s gets cleared?
Payments will be cleared in a maximum of 1-3 banking days.

How does SafeExchange.net protect against fraud?
SafeExchange.net is the safest online delivery solution that protects both the Buyer and Seller.
