How does a Buyer reject the product/s?
If dissatisfied, the Buyer must return the items to the Seller. Once the Seller has received the items and confirmed that they are in satisfactory condition, SafeExchange.net will release the funds back to the Buyer. The Buyer should inform the courier that he/she is not accepting the merchandise.
Note: If the merchandise is in good condition and the Buyer still insists on refusing to accept the delivery, the Buyer is liable for all additional charges.

How are buyers refunded?
Buyers are refunded through CashWallet. The total amount will be credited back to their account.
