Please read this SafeExchange User Agreement set out below, which includes disclaimers of liability and other important matters of interest to users generally. SafeExchange shall not be responsible for the following:

1. Damage to the merchandise, items or products before, at the time and after the merchandise, items or products are shipped or delivered by the Seller to the Buyer, during the Buyer's period of inspection or acceptance period or at any time thereafter. It is the responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller to ship or deliver the merchandise, item or product by a bonafide carrier or shipper with adequate insurance to cover any damages or losses.

2. Any breaches or misrepresentations, nor for breaches of contract between the Buyer and Seller.

3. Non-payment of purchase price, carrier or shipper fees and other fees, charges, and taxes imposed upon the Seller and the Buyer.
