SafeExchange shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages, bids, notices, materials or any data to you or any third party.

SafeExchange also reserves the right to cancel /terminate unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have remained inactive for such period of time as may be determined by SafeExchange.
