Please read this SafeExchange User Agreement set out below, which includes disclaimers of liability and other important matters of interest to users generally. By pressing the "I Agree" button, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the SafeExchange User Agreement, and you agree unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions of the SafeExchange User Agreement and all amendments, revisions and additions which we may at our absolute discretion effect from time to time.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes resulting from the sale or purchase of any merchandise, item or product on the SafeExchange website and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you incur to bid, buy, procure a listing.

The Seller agrees to pay SafeExchange a nominal service fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the merchandise, item or product upon completion of the transaction (“Service Fee”). For this purpose, a transaction is completed upon the acceptance of the Buyer of the merchandise, item or product purchased or after the lapse of seven (7) days from the date the merchandise is actually delivered to the Buyer, whichever comes first. Once paid, the fee shall be nonrefundable. SafeExchange further reserves the right to revise any and all fees from time to time, without notice.

SafeExchange shall not be liable for the payment of any other fees, charges or penalties pertaining to the transaction, including without limitation, shipping fees, appraisal fees, third party service fees, inspection fees and any refund fees. SafeExchange shall likewise not be responsible for payment of any governmental tax or levy imposed on any merchandise, items or products purchased or sold through the Services or otherwise arising from the transaction entered through the SafeExchange.

You shall be completely responsible for the payment of all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the SafeExchange Websites /Services in a timely manner through a valid payment method. By using the SafeExchange Services, you hereby authorize SafeExchange to deduct all amounts due from, or any portion thereof, from your existing balance in your SafeExchange account and through such other manner as may be necessary to collect all amounts due to SafeExchange, without prejudice to other remedies granted under the law.

Be advised that fees may be assessed and billed to you for time spent on SafeExchange, via internet access, separately by your online service provider.
