By pressing the "I Agree" button, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the SafeExchange User Agreement, and you agree unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions of the SafeExchange User Agreement and all amendments, revisions and additions which we may at our absolute discretion effect from time to time.

You shall not assign your SafeExchange account, the existing balance therein, any payments which may be due hereunder, as well as any other rights or obligations you have under this Agreement without prior written consent of the SafeExchange. Any assignment made without such consent shall be void.
